3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes provided by Concreter Canberra are subject to change based on site conditions, additional materials required, or alterations to the scope of work.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

• We reserve the right to modify the pricing if any unforeseen circumstances arise during the execution of the work.

4. Payments

• Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of the service agreement.

• A deposit may be required before the commencement of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon.

Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

• The client is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for the work to begin, including removing any obstacles or hazards that may impede the concreting process.

• Clients must provide access to the site and any necessary utilities (e.g., water, electricity) to enable us to complete the work.

• The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from local authorities, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

6. Site Conditions

• Our work is performed based on the current site conditions. Any unforeseen complications or necessary adjustments that arise during the project may affect pricing or timeline.

• ConcreterCanberra is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, such as poor soil quality, drainage issues, or underground obstructions.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

• We offer a warranty on our workmanship, ensuring the services provided meet industry standards. Specific terms and duration of the warranty will be outlined in the service agreement.

• While we take all necessary precautions, Concreter Canberra does not guarantee the longevity or performance of concrete in extreme conditions, such as severe weather events or improper maintenance.
